1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or booking services through Instant Mechanic (https://www.instantmechanic.com), our mobile interface, telephone hotlines (+91 9266961110), or WhatsApp channels, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services

Instant Mechanic provides on-demand doorstep automotive repairs, routine maintenance inspections, battery jump-start assistance, flat tyre recovery, vehicle towing, and 24/7 roadside breakdown assistance across the Delhi NCR region (Gurugram, New Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, and connecting highways).

3. Transparent Estimates & Payments

Before work commences, a digital estimate or verbal quote is confirmed with the customer. Payment must be rendered upon satisfactory completion of service via approved payment channels (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or cash). Prices quoted in INR are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Service Warranty & Limitations

Instant Mechanic provides an unconditional 30-day or 1,000-kilometer (whichever occurs first) warranty on workmanship and installed replacement parts. The warranty does not cover pre-existing unrelated mechanical defects, external vehicular collisions, owner negligence, or unauthorized modifications performed by third-party workshops subsequent to our service.

5. Roadside Safety & Access

For emergency highway breakdowns, vehicle owners are responsible for following basic safety protocols: parking on the shoulder where possible, turning on hazard flashers, and waiting at a safe distance from active traffic flow.
