Cancellation Policy

1. Emergency Roadside Bookings (SOS Dispatch)

Emergency roadside assistance requests can be cancelled free of charge within 3 minutes of placing the request. If cancellation is requested after a service van is actively en route and within 5 minutes of arrival, a nominal cancellation fee of ₹149 may be charged to offset the technician’s fuel and mobilization costs.

2. Scheduled Doorstep Periodic Maintenance

Scheduled annual service and inspection appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at zero penalty up to 2 hours prior to the booked time slot.
